• If a patient fails to attend an appointment without prior notice, the consultation or advance fee will be forfeited.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future appointments.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Wrong payment amount due to billing errors.
• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
